Why it matters

One wrong form. One missed deadline. Months lost.

Irish immigration rules are complex, case-specific, and change without warning. Most people piece together advice from outdated forums, unsure if they qualify or what comes next. A small error in your application can mean refusal, re-filing, and a year of delay.

That's what a personal consultant prevents — not just paperwork, but the cost of getting it wrong.

About Natacha

Immigration guide.
And immigrant herself.

I am an immigrant. Originally from Venezuela, I moved to Ireland 13 years ago and have navigated the Irish immigration system myself. I understand its processes and policies, but I also understand the emotional toll it can take to go through it. I have lived it.

Due to my background in law, I found the immigration system extremely interesting, and as it directly affected me, I studied it and started helping friends and acquaintances who found it difficult and complex. Eventually, I fell in love with the area and decided to do it professionally — completing an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law, specialised studies in Irish Immigration Law, and working in NGOs, law firms, and consultancies. I now provide clear, ethical, and affordable immigration support services that help clients navigate Irish immigration procedures with confidence.

I take a limited number of cases at a time, so you always get my full attention. No handoffs, no anonymous case managers. You always speak directly with me — from your first question to the final determination of your case.

What Our Customers Say

Natacha guided me through the naturalisation process from start to finish. She was clear, patient, and I never felt like just a file number.

Ana R. Dublin, Ireland

I had no idea I could claim citizenship through my grandmother. Natacha explained every step and handled everything. We're now Irish citizens.

Carlos M. Madrid, Spain

The EUTR process felt overwhelming until I found Fitzgerald-Soto. Straightforward advice, no surprises on fees. Highly recommend.

Sophie T. Brussels, Belgium

Common Questions

No. I work with clients worldwide. Many services — like citizenship by descent — are available to people living outside Ireland. We communicate by video call and email throughout the process.

Timelines vary by case type. A naturalisation application can take 12–24 months depending on the Department of Justice caseload. A citizenship by descent application typically takes 9–18 months. I give you a realistic timeline at the consultation stage.

My fee covers preparation and review of all documentation, drafting of letters and submissions, liaison with the Irish authorities, and status updates throughout. Government filing fees are separate and paid directly by you.

No. Fitzgerald-Soto Immigration is an immigration consultancy, not a law firm. I am not a solicitor and cannot provide legal advice in a legal-professional capacity. I can refer you to an immigration solicitor if your case requires it.

I review every case carefully before accepting it to minimise this risk. If a refusal occurs, I help you understand the reasons and, where appropriate, the options for appeal or re-application.
